CHEF STEVEN WAGNER

Chef Steven was born and raised in New Jersey, where he learned how to cook at a young age. His first job, like many Chefs before him, was dishwasher; the foundation and gears of the restaurant that kept service moving so swiftly. His love for the industry only grew from there.

Chef Steven is a Culinary Institute of America ‘11, Hyde Park, New York Alumni. Moving forward, he worked his way up through almost every position in the industry, both Front of House (FOH - Captain, Bartender, Server) and Back of House (BOH - Line Cook, Sous Chef, Expo). After graduating college for Graphic Design he attended culinary school at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Hyde Park, New York. He has lived and worked in Naples, Florida, New Jersey and New York City and is experienced in many different worldwide cuisines and flavors.

There’s nothing better than seeing the smile on your face after the first bite, that’s what drives me. The possibilities with fresh ingredients and what we can create with them as Chefs are endless.”
